Living Without Yeast is exactly what the name implies. One of the keys to ridding your body of harmful yeast is to change your eating habits. This means a new diet, that most likely will require your giving up many of your favorite foods and snacks, for awhile at least. The great thing about a candida infection (yeast overgrowth), is that it is easy to cure, and doesn’t require a lifelong commitment.
